INGREDIENTS: 2ons shrimp.
                            1ons rice powder.
                            2 spoom sugar.
                            1 spoom tea salt.
                            1 garlic.
                            corlander  powder              
                            5oml water
WAY TOMAKE.
mix all it. and fried with fried oil.

PECEL TERONG with SAMBEL TOMATO

INGREDIENTS:terong ungu
                           cabe.
                           bawang merah.
                           tomato.
                           garam.
                           gula putih.
                           jeruk sayur.
                           terasi.
CARA MEMBUAT:goreng terong,cabe,bawang merah, tomat. setelah matang, ulek semua bumbu dengan gula dan garam serta sedikit air perasan jeruk sayur. lalu penyet terong dengan bumbu tersebut. dan siap disajikan.


JAVA SOUP

INGREDIENTS:
cow meat,goat etc ( to boil first).
fried garlic
chili fried.
white pepper.
salt.
white sugar.
1000ml water
WAY TO MAKE.
 mix all the spice. than to boil togather.

PECEL LELE (catfishpecel)

INGREDIENT: catfish

WAY TOMAKE
first fried catfish, after that fried  tomato,trasi,onion and chili. 
than  mix all spice (with cobek or ulek-ulek). and enjoy to serve.
